The Hermitage session will consist of 5 x750m ergos with a 2 minute rest along with circuits and spinning. Also, video feedback from this weeks water sessions.
The Windermere training camp places need filling up soon. The Camp starts on 1st August and ends on the 5th. Please email Lee Forster if you are interested.
On Saturday the Chester-Le-Street and District Area Action Partnership event is happening at Park View School (senior site) please would you encourage all members of the club and relatives who have a CLS postcode to come and vote for the club from 10-2. We are looking to purchase a new safety boat. Please would all junior and senior members meet at the boathouse for 9.30, we will then walk together to the school (5 minutes) vote, then come back to the club for a session.
There is a regatta meeting tomorrow at the club from 7pm. Please let Brian know if you are coming.
