The session tonight for the boys will be 2 x 6k r22-24 3 min rest.
As the snow begins to thaw, the river will start to fill up so please be ready for land training this week.
Just two reminders to members this week that the fees for Durham Small Boats Head need to be paid and if you haven’t already signed up for the CLS members area of the website, please do so.
Thanks to our interim Parents Rep, Chris Telford for chairing a very productive meeting on Sunday, hopefully we should all be a little more clued-up on training etc. If anyone missed the meeting or has any questions, please contact Chris or myself.
There is no Hermitage session next week but we will simply move to the club and start at 7pm as usual.
