Monday with Arran Lewcock at 5.30 on ergs
Tuesday Hermitage at 7. No water session, though I will be at the club as usual at 5.
Wednesday 5.30 with Louise Heckels and Craig Dowson
Thursday at 4.45 (hopefully on the water)
Sat and Sun as normal
