The Hermitage sessions resume as of tonight and will involve 6x1k rate 28 for the older athletes; the younger juniors must refer to Louise and Craig’s programmes also.
The club is looking to send as many athletes as possible on Sunday to Cambois in an effort to get some much needed water time in before Rutherford and the Junior Inter-regional trials now on 27th Feb. The start times for squads for Sunday will be published on Facebook over the next few days, but this session still is subject to the river at Wansbeck not being flooded.
The Rutherford Head entries for the re-scheduled race on 30th January are nearly identical to the previous ones, though the athletes who aren’t now available have been informed.
Finally, as well as having Arran Lewcock return from his exploits in Australia and Wayne Curry back officially, both Craig Dowson and Louise Heckels are completing their Level 2 Rowing Coaching course next week.
