The session tonight will be 2×10 mins r 24,26. Colin’s squad are doing the same session. Arran’s group will be doing 2x3k r 24, 26, 28 as per their respective training programmes.
Durham Small Boats Head takes place on Sat 4th Feb and runs all day over 4 divisions. The entries will be published on our Facebook pages this week along with fees etc. Please make sure Simon receives this as soon as possible.
It is looking more likely that our regatta will take place one day later than originally planned due to a conflict with York Regatta. The new date is Sunday 30th April.
