1500m piece at the Hermitage tonight, thanks to all involved in Saturdays regatta, good luck to juniors at the JIRR this weekend and sessions will run normally on Saturday/Sunday.

The session tonight’s session will consist of a 1500m piece on the ergo with a huge warm-up and cool-down before and after, as well as circuits and spinning.
A huge thanks must go to everyone who organised and ran the regatta on Saturday, as well as receiving many plaudits for recent events in the local newspapers and British Rowing, everyone involved commented positively on how well it went. Some interesting stats:
- All food sold out by 1pm
- 18 wins in one day is a new club record
- we loaned a total of 21 boats to other clubs
- six of our members raced six times and won all of them
- there was one dead-heat and one falling in
Good luck to our Junior Inter-regional regatta athletes racing on Saturday in Nottingham.
There will still be sessions on as usual this weekend. Gordon will run Saturday and Colin will run Sunday.
