blade_clsarc_3Dear all,

The session will consist of 4 x 1500m for all at Hermitage on the ergos tonight. Also, please try your best to attend the boat naming ceremony for our new launch at 5pm tonight, friends and family welcome.

Please congratulate all of those athletes who took part in Tees regatta on Saturday in very testing conditions. An impressive 4 wins with a depleted entry due to exams etc.

Please see attached fees and entries for Wansbeck Regatta on the 30th May as well as the entries for our Allcomers regatta the following day. If you haven’t got a race and want one, let me know and I will amend it. The event is free and cake donations are welcome on the day.

The National Schools Regatta happens over 3 days this weekend, please wish our athletes luck and thank our coaches for giving up their (real) jobs for a day to help.

Please also complete the form on the link below to let the coaches know when you are available for regattas and events (there are a lot coming).

We are teaching 30 juniors from various schools to row over the next 6 weeks, and Bob Young has managed to acquire funding to help with the tank sessions at Durham University. If anyone is free (junior or senior) on Wednesday 27th May 10-12 at Maiden Castle Sports Centre please speak to Holly Young or email myself.

Wow, we are a busy club…
